Description


The Technical Operations Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for supporting operational activities in a dynamic and highly regulated environment. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to execute assigned tasks, maintain compliance with GMP and quality requirements, and support business objectives through effective communication, documentation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while contributing to operational efficiency and project success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned operational tasks and ensure timely completion while maintaining GMP compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support project progress and meet established deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operational activities and quality requirements.
  • Complete and maintain all required training to ensure uninterrupted access to computerized systems and repositories.
  • Utilize computerized systems to locate, review, and compile supporting documentation for Product Specification Files prior to packaging operations.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and sound business judgment in daily activities.
  • Support project management activities by tracking assignments, coordinating priorities, and following through on commitments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational success.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Candidates without a bachelor's degree should possess 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems is preferred.

  • Experience creating reports, presentations, GMP documentation, and performing basic data analysis is beneficial.
