- Build and establish standardized templates and communication guidelines for program-level and course-offering rollouts.
- Partner and coordinate closely with internal Learning Consultants, Partners, and senior leaders to ensure alignment on overall learning strategy and initiatives.
- Capture, measure, and analyze marketing and communication effectiveness metrics, proactively adjusting strategies and copy based on data insights.
- Manage multiple concurrent project timelines independently while proactively identifying creative approaches, research-backed ideas, and improved ways of working.
Education
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies and related communication plans.
- Proven track record of excellent writing and editing skills across various mediums (websites, presentations, internal advertisements, etc.) with a strong eye for detail.
- Demonstrated experience in basic project management, managing parallel timelines, and working independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently present to senior leadership.
