Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our team in a lab-based onsite role. Working under the guidance of senior scientific staff, you will perform routine pharmaceutical testing, including stability testing and potentially method validation. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in HPLC, familiarity with GMP environments, and the ability to generate high-quality data quickly and efficiently while managing multiple analytical tasks collaboratively.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine analytical and stability testing on pharmaceutical drug products under supervision.
  • Perform core laboratory testing procedures including HPLC analysis, dissolution, Karl Fischer (KF) titration, and disintegration testing.
  • Assist with analytical method validation procedures based on demonstrated experience and operational capability.
  • Capture, record, and maintain precise, high-quality data in strict compliance with quality standards.
  • Utilize chromatography software (e.g., Empower, ChemStation) for data collection, processing, and analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively with laboratory team members to meet testing deadlines and project milestones.
  • Maintain clean, organized laboratory spaces and follow detailed safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field (Chemistry strongly preferred).
  • Note: Candidates with a PhD will not be considered for this level.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, OR Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) required.
  • Proven experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated laboratory setting required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Empower software and dissolution testing preferred.
  • Familiarity with additional chromatography collection platforms (e.g., Agilent, ChemStation) and Microsoft Office Suite.
