- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, multi-functional team.
- Excel Proficiency: Intermediate skills for data tracking and analysis.
- Medical Requirement: Must be willing to be vaccinated or blood-tested for titer against the Varicella (chickenpox) virus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with flow cytometry or immunoassays.
- Familiarity with cell culture, aseptic techniques, and cGMP manufacturing.
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Shift Information
- Training: Initial 3–4 weeks on 1st Shift (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).
- Standard Shift: 2nd Shift (4 PM – 12 AM) or Swing Shift (12 PM – 8 PM).
- Campaign Flexibility: During manufacturing campaigns, shifts may rotate/hybridize (e.g., 10 AM – 2 AM window).
- Schedule: Typically Sun–Thurs or Tue–Sun. Potential for a 4-day, 10-hour work week if process allows.
