- Facilitate the 6 and 12-month program experiences, including onboarding/offboarding activities, information sessions, networking events, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with employer business resource groups (EBRG) to provide mentorship to program participants and create a sense of community within the organization.
- Raise awareness of the future talent programs both internally across divisions and externally through various channels, including social media.
- Develop, monitor, and share a comprehensive dashboard that tracks program progress and performance, including placements, conversions, and participant satisfaction.
- Collect, document, and share best practices internally and externally, learning from other corporate partners to continuously improve the programs.
- Utilize technology to optimize and streamline program management processes, ensuring efficient communication, data tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver robust diversity program experiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications to optimize program management processes.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their application in talent attraction and branding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform program improvements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
