Talent Acquisition Diversity Program Coordinator / Project Manager - I

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day management of two future talent diversity internship and apprenticeship programs. The primary focus of this role is to attract and develop diverse talent who possess valuable, in-demand skills but may not have a four-year degree. These innovative pathway programs currently enroll approximately 100+ candidates annually, and we are looking for a strong talent acquisition professional to lead the growth and evolution of these programs.

This position is a location hybrid role based in West Point, PA. Expected days in office are two to three days per week out of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and program participants, providing guidance, answering questions, and offering coaching/mentoring support.
  • Facilitate the 6 and 12-month program experiences, including onboarding/offboarding activities, information sessions, networking events, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with employer business resource groups (EBRG) to provide mentorship to program participants and create a sense of community within the organization.
  • Raise awareness of the future talent programs both internally across divisions and externally through various channels, including social media.
  • Develop, monitor, and share a comprehensive dashboard that tracks program progress and performance, including placements, conversions, and participant satisfaction.
  • Collect, document, and share best practices internally and externally, learning from other corporate partners to continuously improve the programs.
  • Utilize technology to optimize and streamline program management processes, ensuring efficient communication, data tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably within talent acquisition or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of future talent development and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver robust diversity program experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using technology and software applications to optimize program management processes.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their application in talent attraction and branding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform program improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
