Description

We are seeking a versatile Project Manager & Data Analyst to join the AH-GSM initiatives team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between project management and operational analytics by tracking project milestones, documenting requirements, and transforming large datasets into actionable business insights. Working closely with cross-functional business and IT teams, you will play a key role in building dashboards, driving project accountability, and delivering clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support overall project planning, timeline maintenance, action item tracking, risk identification, and regular status updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, manage stakeholder follow-ups, and gather input across business and IT teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document core business requirements, operational process steps, and key decisions.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including test case tracking, defect/issue logging, and resolution follow-up.
  • Analyze complex procurement, supplier, spend, pricing, volume, and category data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, and KPI trackers using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Clean, transform, structure, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency.
  • Synthesize findings into clear summaries, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations for project leadership.
  • Develop and maintain simple process documentation, standardized data definitions, and user training materials.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, data analysis, or procurement support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with proven experience managing, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar tools (preferred).
  • Preferred experience with SQL or Databricks for querying and data manipulation.
  • Preferred background or familiarity with procurement, supply chain operations, SAP systems, or supplier data models.
  • Strong organizational and project tracking abilities with a track record of keeping cross-functional teams aligned on deliverables.

Additional Information

  • Work Location & Schedule: Hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days onsite per week (flexible choice between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
  • Worksite Options: Open to candidates based out of either Upper Gwynedd (UG), PA or Rahway, NJ locations.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to clearly articulate data findings and maintain management-ready project updates.
