Description
Summary
The Corporate Dining Operations Coordinator supports daily operations within a corporate dining environment, ensuring high-quality service delivery, supplier performance, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for coordinating with third-party suppliers, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), supporting financial tracking activities, maintaining operational records, and assisting with issue resolution. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day corporate dining operations and service delivery.
- Coordinate activities with third-party suppliers, contractors, and service partners.
- Track supplier performance against service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and service standards.
- Assist with invoice review and approval, cost tracking, and basic budget monitoring.
- Maintain accurate operational reports, logs, and records.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members.
- Support issue resolution and follow up on service concerns to ensure timely closure.
- Help ensure compliance with food service, safety, and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required
- Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience.
- Experience in corporate dining, food service, catering, or similar hospitality operations.
- Experience managing or supporting third-party suppliers and service providers.
- Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and supplier performance tracking.
- Strong financial acumen and cost-conscious mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting supplier scorecards, service reporting, or KPI tracking.
- Experience with invoice processing, budget support, or vendor reconciliation.
- Knowledge of workplace dining operations, catering, or food service compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and basic data analysis.
