Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning Designer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role will support an Animal Health (AH) IT integration project, helping to develop and deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design, thrives in collaborative environments, and can manage multiple deliverables while producing visually compelling and effective training content. Candidates should bring a passion for simplifying complex information and a portfolio showcasing a variety of training materials.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and e-learnings for new AH IT systems (Project Tetris)
  • Serve as a learning consultant to identify and implement tailored learning solutions for business needs
  • Transform complex technical content into clear, engaging, and accessible training resources
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align training with business goals
  • Apply instructional design best practices to maximize learner engagement and retention
  • Create visually compelling e-learnings and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage multiple learning projects and timelines while maintaining proactive stakeholder communication
  • Continuously improve learning content based on feedback from learners and business partners


Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)


Experience

  • 2+ years of experience designing e-learnings, videos, and ILTs in Learning & Development, Manufacturing, or IT
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, including needs analysis and learning strategy
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality content under deadlines


Additional Information

  • This is a 100% remote position; East Coast candidates preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for working with SMEs and stakeholders
  • A portfolio showcasing previous training materials must be submitted with the application
  • The interview process will include a presentation of your training work and a discussion of your design process
