Description
We are seeking a Master Planner who works as part of part of the Master Planning team to align Demand / Supply Plans for bulk product delivery, receipt & release, and/or clinical supply packaging, transfer, and distribution activities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and/or manage activity schedules.
- Define and establish metrics, measure, and compare against benchmarks, monitor change control, and continuously optimize process.
- Coordinate master schedules deliverables with internal or external partners.
- Monitor timelines and communications with stakeholders.
- Monitor schedule adherence.
- Facilitate Scheduler Forums
- Maintain Business Rules and Standard Cycle Times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 5+ years of equivalent experience(without a degree)
- Experience in clinical development and/or clinical supplies preferred.
- Experience with clinical trials preferred.
- Prior supply chain, logistics, or operations knowledge.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented and proven organization skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications.
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Understanding of cGMPs
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Ability to function independently with minimal or no daily supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and tactfully and to interact with different stakeholders.
- Ability to think logically and to critically evaluate and solve problems.
- Interpersonal skills and professional values necessary for effective teamwork.
Additional Information:
Looking for someone that has strong technical skills. In addition to the JD, here are some desired skills for the candidate:
Strong data analytics capability, including visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel/Power Query
Experience with KPI development, dashboarding, and visualization tools
Working knowledge of Automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate, basic scripting)
