We are seeking a Communications Project Manager to join our Global Learning & Development team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between complex learning initiatives and the people they impact, ensuring that new programs are not just launched, but truly adopted. You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the globe to assess readiness, mitigate resistance, and craft compelling narratives that drive engagement. Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans tailored to diverse global personas and organizational needs.
- Impact Assessment: Perform detailed change impact and stakeholder analyses to gauge organizational readiness and identify potential risks or resistance.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality internal marketing collateral, including newsletters, executive talking points, video scripts, and self-service resources.
- Stakeholder Management: Counsel leaders and managers on change principles, providing regular updates and presentations to ensure alignment at all levels.
- Adoption Facilitation: Monitor the realization of L&D initiatives, actively managing expectations and addressing employee concerns throughout the transition.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage employee listening insights and communication metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and pivot approaches as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global communications colleagues to ensure L&D messaging aligns with broader corporate initiatives and digital channels.
- Continuous Improvement: Research and experiment with emerging communication methods and AI tools to streamline content and enhance employee engagement.
Education
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience
- Years of Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in change management, organizational development, or internal communications.
- Methodology: Demonstrated knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI certification preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strategic Communication: Proven ability to synthesize complex information into concise, employee-centric storytelling across multiple digital platforms.

- Work Environment: This is primarily a remote position, though a hybrid schedule may be available for candidates located near a physical site.
- Flexibility: Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple project timelines simultaneously within a dynamic, global environment.
